“ People who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and, if they can't find them, make them."
Is your child ready for the future?
Irrespective of background, we believe that each child deserves to be given the best chances in life. Life passes by quickly. Before you know, your children will grow up into adults with a life of their own. And when they do, you would want them to be ready for life, but whilst academic education gives your children the technical knowledge they need, it does not necessarily equip them with essential life skills and insights into the world of higher education and work.

Your children need multiples of life skills to manage their decisions, emotions, academic performance at higher education and their future working lives. They also need to have the self-awareness to help them improve themselves as well as having a deeper insight into the dynamics of higher education and the workplace. And lastly, they need to plan for an emotionally fulfilling and financially rewarding career in future.
Parents play a huge role in helping their children achieve their lives goals… Every parent wants to see their children happy, and those with high aspirations for their children’s future are motivated and committed to helping their children achieve these goals by going the extra mile in helping them map robust paths that will lead to fulfillment and happiness in adulthood.

As a parent your role may involve being aware of and understanding your children’s strengths and weaknesses, preferences, interests, skill sets and potential and with this in mind helping your children to achieve through a host of ways – helping them choose their majors for higher education, helping them acquire the right skills for higher education and the workplace, and seeking help for your children when needed, encouraging and motivating them to perform as well as equipping them with the right tools for the future.
What We Do?
EXPLORE
This is where we work together with our members and their parents to explore their skills, preferences, interest, strengths and weakness and their aspirations, start building long term relationships with them and put together road maps for their exciting journey with us.
BOLSTER
At this stage we shift gears. The leg work, the one-to-one conversations with relevant people, the primary and secondary research, the analysis - all tailored to your child’s needs and preferences start in earnest and in full gear. This process enables us to deliver insights that strengthen the understanding of our members self awareness,
PRIME
This is where we prepare our members to be the best they can and have the best chances for direct and indirect opportunities, and to have sustained high performance and positive experiences at higher education as well as having fulfilled and financially rewarding career in the future.
